RINTIS: A Rethoric of Practice and Theory in Art and Design

Innovation and creativity are not the acts that can be achieved in a single quick action. They are carried out through a methodical procedure that is founded on facts, theories, and practised skills, and they call for a thorough comprehension of the problem at hand. This book explores how creative practises and design may influence society for the better, from examining the educational benefits of performance design to using art to solve difficult societal concerns. The contributors offer unique perspectives on the human condition, highlighting the necessity of delving into difficult topics and utilizing the arts to promote book inclusivity and knowledge-sharing. This includes a variety of works from several fields, with a focus on innovation and creativity, including fine arts, drama and theatre, product design, graphic design, and new media design. The contents of this book are the result of in-depth analysis of the artworks shown at RINTIS, an annual exhibition of final-year students from the School of the Arts, Universiti Sains Malaysia.
