(Company No. 795818-U) (“Company”) or the Company’s designated official channel as may be informed by the Company from time to time shall entitle the customer with a Reward Code i.e. a digital code bearing the purchased amount and redemption period which is redeemable for PrestoPay Credits on Presto App. The Customer must be a valid registered Presto App user to redeem PrestoPay Credits. b) PrestoPay Credits will be valid for use only after redemption via Reward Code in Presto App. c) Reward Code shall only be valid for redemption within the validity period and will not be redeemable after the expiry of the validity period for redemption. d) The redeemed PrestoPay Credits is not exchangeable for cash and not applicable for withdrawal. e) The redeemed PrestoPay Credits will not expire after redemption via Presto App. The Presto Gift Card shall be sold on an “as is” basis and once the Presto Gift Card is sold, it is not returnable and non-exchangeable. The Company shall not be liable for any damage, lost and/or expenses in respect of the Presto Gift Card which have been sold to the respective customer. |
