How to Cook
Cut the meat and vegetables into pieces, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir-fry.
Pour 600ml of water into the mixture and boil it until the vegetables get fully cooked.
Dissolve Sichuan Jjajang powder (100g) in 100ml of water.
Then pour it in the above mixture
Boil it on the low heat stirring until it gets thick
Pour it over rice or noodles.
Dice meat, onions, potatoes, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces and stir fry them with minced garlic in OTTOGI COOKIG OIL. Add 600cc (3 cups) water and boil until all ingredients are cooked.
When the vegetables and meat are cooked, turn the heat off. Dissolve the OTTOGI JJAJANG in 100cc(½cups) of water separately. Stir until it is completely dissolved and add to 1.
Turn the heat back on and stir it for 2~3 minutes until the JJAJANG thickens a bit. Serve with steamed rice or cooked noodle.
