Working principle:   

The motor rotates at a high speed, causing the fan to discharge air from the bottle mouth to the outside of the bottle, thereby forming a negative pressure in the bottle. Finally, suction is generated at the mouth of the bottle, and the paper dust is sucked into the bottle.
