By participating in the Lowest Price Guaranteed Program ("Program"), a prestomall.com member ("Member") hereby agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:-

1. Our Undertaking

Under the Program, we undertake that prices for products offered under the Lowest Price program ("Lowest Price Product") on prestomall.com ("the Website") will be the lowest price available during the relevant promotion period, compared to the same products offered by our Competitors during the same period ("Same Product"). For the purpose of this Program, a "Competitor":-

• (a) includes only the following online marketplaces:
  • (i) www.lazada.com.my
  • (ii) www.shopee.com.my
• (b) shall exclude sole proprietors.

2. How It Works

• (a) A Member who finds a Same Product selling for cheaper than the prices stated for the Lowest Price Product on the Website can submit a claim for one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the difference in price between the Competitor price and the Website price.
• (b) The 110% price difference will be given in the form of PrestoMall credits ("LPG Credits"), which can be used for purchases made by the Member at the Website.
• (c) We will respond via email to the Member on the success of any claim under the Program within 5 (five) working days after submission of the claim. Any decision and/or approval of a claim under the Program shall be at our sole discretion, and shall be final and binding.
• (d) We will transfer the LPG Credits to a Member within five (5) working days from the time a Member confirms receipt of the Lowest Price Product (by way of auto or manual confirmation). The LPG Credits will not be transferred unless such confirmation has been received.
• (e) Members who cancel their purchase and/or return the Lowest Price Product after registering the same under this Program will be automatically disqualified. Any LPG Credits received will be null and void, and immediately deducted from the Member's account.

3. How to Calculate the 110% Price Difference

Price of Lowest Price Product on PrestoMall - RM11
Lower price of Same Product on Competitor website - RM10
Price difference: RM11 - RM10 = RM1

Value of PrestoMall credits payable to Member - RM1 x 110% = RM1.10

4. Requirements

In order for a Member to qualify for the LPG Credits under this Program, the following requirements must be complied with:-

• (a) Member must be an individual duly registered as an prestomall.com member. No commercial/corporate entities or resellers are allowed to participate in the Program.
• (b) Member must submit a claim within seven (7) calendar days from the date payment is made for the Lowest Price Product purchased in the form provided above.
• (c) Member must provide BOTH website link AND screenshot ("Supporting Evidence") to show that a Competitor has the Lowest Price Product available for purchase online at a lower final price, subject to Clause 4(d) and 4(e) below.
• (d) The Same Product:-
  • (i) must be of the same type, description/ specifications, brand, colour, condition, warranty, colour, model year and/or size as the Lowest Price Product;
  • (ii) must be genuine and not counterfeit;
  • (iii) cannot be a second-hand or used product; and
  • (iv) must not be a global product purchased directly from owner/manufacturer abroad (e.g. http://store.apple.com/my or https://store.sony.com.my).
  • (v) must still be in stock (i.e. not sold out) and remains available for purchase online at the time we conduct our verification check of the Supporting Evidence provided by the Member pursuant to Clause 4(c) above.
• (e) The lowest price in PrestoMall can be after applying all Presto coupons while the price for the Same Product must be the base price displayed on the Competitor website, and shall not take into account any further discounts due to any member benefits which may be offered by the Competitor, cashback and/or credit card promotions.
  • For example:
  • Price of Lowest Price Product on PrestoMall with Discount Coupon:
  • RM100 (normal price) - RM5 (coupon discount) = RM95 (final price)
  • Lowest price of Same Product on Competitor website with Discount Coupon (further discount during checkout):
  • RM98 (normal price) - RM5 (coupon discount) = RM93 (final price)
  • *Please take note that the coupon discount during checkout in Competitor website will not be taken into account for comparison, thus the price in PrestoMall will be entitled for Lowest Price Guaranteed.
• (f) The price for the Lowest Price Product must exclude postage and delivery costs.
• For the avoidance of doubt, any decision in relation to the above matters shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

5. Maximum Participation

• (a) A Member can only participate in this Program a maximum number of one (1) time per month. For the purpose of this clause, "participate" refers to the submission of a claim by a Member, whether or not such claim is successful.
• (b) Member may only submit one claim for one product quantity only even though member have purchased more than one quantity of the same Lowest Price product.

6. No Multiple Memberships Allowed

A Member is prohibited from creating multiple membership IDs to participate in the Program. Any Member discovered to have more than one membership ID shall be automatically disqualified.

7. Maximum LPG Credits Allowed

The maximum value of LPG Credits a Member may receive under the Program shall be an aggregate value of RM1,000.00 per month.

8. Miscellaneous

• (a) A Member must currently reside in Malaysia and be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate in this Program. Proof of age and residency may be required prior to any transfer of Awarded Credits.
• (b) PrestoMall employees are not allowed to participate in the Program.
• (c) PrestoMall reserves the right to disqualify all entries and/or claims that do not meet the terms and conditions of the Program as well as reject any participation by a Member, at its sole and absolute discretion. No appeal or review shall be entertained.
• (d) PrestoMall reserves the right to discontinue the Program, as well as withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any of the terms and conditions of this Program without prior notice and the Member agrees to be bound by those changes.
